The Department of City Planning releases its award-winning Historic Preservation Overlay Zone (HPOZ) brochure and guide as part of the Historic Homeowner Education Program.  This program serves to improve awareness and understanding of the City’s HPOZ program and of good historic rehabilitation practices.  Download and print now!
